Year: 2026 · Genre: Horror, Drama, Supernatural · Status: Streaming Now
Story / Synopsis
Summer H. Howell stars as Carrie White, a shy, sheltered teenager kept hidden from the world by her fiercely religious mother, Margaret (Samantha Sloyan). After her father’s sudden death forces her into public high school for the first time, Carrie faces viral bullying and social-media cruelty — while strange telekinetic powers begin to wake inside her. Mike Flanagan’s first-ever series adaptation of Stephen King’s debut novel stretches the classic story across eight episodes, modernizing it for the social-media age.
