Set in 1993, the film follows estranged sparring brothers Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo) as Chun-Li (Callina Liang) pulls them back into combat for the next World Warrior Tournament. What looks like a tournament quickly reveals itself as something far deadlier: M. Bison’s Shadaloo conspiracy forces Ryu and Ken to face each other, their pasts, and a lineup of fighters straight out of the arcade — Guile, Blanka, Balrog, Vega, Akuma and more. Directed by Kitao Sakurai with a stacked cast of wrestlers, actors and fighters, it’s the live-action Street Fighter fans have waited three decades for — built for IMAX, 4DX and premium screens.
